4. Anchor length. The treatment of GRC closed parts such as parapet coping, window sill plate, and wall under the window shall be beautiful, waterproof, and constructed in strict accordance with the process (flashing is the responsibility of the civil construction unit)
5. When installing components, if the embedded parts are located in the hollow brick position, the installation nodes shall be fixed by means of bolts through the wall or lengthening the angle steel on the upper and lower main structures.
6. Joint treatment between GRC components: the joints on the surface of GRC cement components shall be flat and smooth. Fill the gaps with special repair materials and use real stone paint.
7. Spray the component surface. GRC cleaning completion: cleaning completion is a process before project completion acceptance. Although the installation has been completed, this process should not be sloppy in order to pursue perfect surface quality. Pay attention to the protection of finished products in the whole process, so as to enter the next step of surface spraying construction.
