How to control Baotou GRC Raw material quality of lines:
1. Alkali resistant glass fiber must be selected as reinforcement material. Sulphoaluminate low alkalinity cement is used as cementing material, and the base material is made by mixing appropriate aggregates. The supplier shall provide the above raw material procurement certification procedures.
2. Sufficient glass fiber content must be ensured: check the manufacturer's GRC The bending strength of the decorative parts is compared with the industry standard.
3. The thickness of components shall be controlled between 8-20 mm, and the thickness shall be uniform. It is strictly prohibited to exceed the thickness.
4. Reinforcement: the corners and edges of GRC members shall be provided with continuous notched steel wires of not less than 4 in length (or 6 in length); GRC members with geometric dimensions greater than 400mm shall be equipped with reinforcement mesh, and the diameter of reinforcement shall not be less than 6. The spacing shall not be greater than 400mm.
5. The factory certificate shall be submitted when the lines enter the site, including: a) product mark and quantity; b) Delivery inspection results; c) Production date and ex factory date; d) Name of production unit; e) Signed by the quality inspection department of the production unit.
Welding and installation method of planting reinforcement:
1. Solder joints: 1 at an interval of about 600mm in the vertical direction or at least 5-6 per m2, and 1 at an interval of 400mm up and down in the horizontal direction or at least 5-8 per m2.
2. When splicing GRC lines, longitudinal embedded heat expansion and cold contraction resistant welding bars must be welded.
3. The 6mm drill bit shall be used to drill holes at each force point to implant 8mm rebar, and the rebar shall be driven into the wall at a downward angle of 25~30 degrees, with a depth of ≥ 90-100mm. The welding points must be firm and free from faulty welding; When the wall is shale brick φ 8. The steel bar shall be fabricated and welded with the embedded parts of the component.
4. After the components are installed, ① rust proof treatment shall be carried out for each connecting welding point to prevent corrosion damage. ② The joints, gaps and damages caused during installation must be repaired. The joints should be embedded and flattened in batches with joint sealer or special adhesive, crack resistant mortar and other related materials. The gaps must be cleaned before GRC components are embedded. The joints should be paved with steel wire mesh.
