1. There are horizontal members of steel skeleton in GRC. Before installation, angle pieces or steel angles shall be fixed on the wall as welding points with steel skeleton. When installing components with a section size of more than 300mm but less than 1000mm (without steel framework), mark the position of embedded parts on the insulation layer, cut the angle grinder for insulation, use expansion bolts to fasten the embedded galvanized parts of GRC components with the wall, do a good job in node anti-corrosion treatment, and repair the joints. For members whose section size is less than 300mm, they shall be directly fastened to the wall through the insulation layer with extended expansion bolts. Pay attention to ensuring the anchor length of bolts.
2. Installation of GRC window sleeve: GRC components shall be installed along the wall outside the window frame, and attention shall be paid to the fastening position of expansion bolts to avoid the plastering layer. When installing the vertical window sideline or column to the elevation of each floor, pay attention to adjusting the vertical error.
3. When installing components, if the embedded parts of the components are in the position where hollow bricks are encountered, lengthen the bolts through the wall or add long angle steel to the main structure of the upper and lower layers to fix the installation nodes.
4. The treatment of GRC closing parts, such as parapet coping, window sill plate, wall under the window and other parts, shall be beautiful and waterproof, and shall be constructed in strict accordance with the process (the civil construction unit shall do flashing).
Joint treatment between GRC members:
The joints on the surface of GRC components shall be flat and smooth. Fill the gaps with special repair materials, and spray the component surface with stone like paint.
GRC cleaning end:
Cleaning and finishing is the last process before the completion acceptance of the project. Although the installation has been completed, this process should not be sloppy in order to pursue good finishing quality. Pay attention to the protection of finished products in the whole process to facilitate the next surface spraying construction.
