Baotou GRC Classification of embedded parts of components
1. Embedded parts of galvanized flat steel: the specification is determined according to the weight of the component. Generally, the specification of galvanized flat steel is 40mm long, 30mm wide, 3mm thick, and the spacing is 500mm. The flat steel drilling is connected by expansion bolts.
2. Embedded parts are divided into external detection, internal detection, direct detection and concealed parts, which are directly anchored to the wall or bolted to the installed steel frame.
Connection mode
Expansion bolt: expansion bolt shall be used to connect and fix the external wall insulation (benzene plate) that is not suitable for welding. The length and diameter of expansion bolt shall be determined by the weight of components.

1. Concrete: flat steel embedded parts shall be drilled and installed with expansion bolts. Generally, the distance between the drilling hole and the edge of the door and window opening should not be less than 100mm. In special cases, this distance should be determined according to the actual situation to prevent the drilling hole from encountering the concrete main reinforcement or cracking the corners.
2. Hollow brick: the wall is an enclosure structure, which is not load-bearing, and it is usually not suitable to use expansion bolts for installation. Instead, use expansion bolts or steel structures for installation after filling the hollow bricks at the fixed embedded parts.
3. Sometimes, embedded parts penetrating the wall are used. This scheme is easy to produce cold bridges in northern areas, and needs to be approved by Party A and well insulated.

Installation process
Re check the site size → positioning and setting out (snapping, hanging, hanging) → member pairing treatment (cutting, polishing) → installation of wall embedded parts positioning and drilling installation members → installation node concealment → joint closure treatment → waterproof treatment → member surface treatment.
Installation requirements
1. After installation, all embedded parts shall be 15~20mm lower than the external wall plastering. When the external wall plastering has been completed, the plastering layer must be chiseled at the installation point, and the embedded parts shall not be exposed.
2. When the external wall insulation is greater than 80mm, the embedded parts of the components must be deep into the insulation board, 20mm away from the wall. First, the insulation board shall be perforated, anchored with expansion bolts, and then the holes shall be filled with foam glue, and the surface shall be repaired with external wall putty before external decoration.
3. The installation of components shall be horizontal, vertical, overall line, complete decoration assembly, smooth and smooth curve, and the surface of components shall be free of pollution and defects.
4. The installation nodes of components shall be aligned accurately to prevent the components from being forced to twist in place due to the misplacement of embedded parts, resulting in installation stress and long-term deformation.
5. Component connection points shall be connected in place without omission. The bolt connection needs to be tightened.
6. The component joints are smooth, and the joints are less than 10mm.
7. The vertical members shall avoid stacking the upper members on the bottom members layer by layer, and each member shall be hung and installed on the wall separately.
8. After the installation of components, the dust and stains on the surface shall be cleaned from top to bottom, and the joints shall be filled and polished smoothly.
