3、 Freeze thaw resistance. GRC material contains glass fiber, which can play a protective role in the freeze-thaw cycle of cement. GRC curtain wall is molded by mold. The external surface material has not only high density, but also strong impermeability, which can effectively protect the building structure and reduce freeze-thaw damage.
4、 Fire resistance. The main materials of GRC board include cement, sand, glass fiber, etc., which are non combustible materials. Therefore, the curtain wall made of GRC materials has a high fire resistance, reaching the fire resistance rating of A1.
5、 Permeability. GRC base material has strong water absorption and can quickly and evenly distribute the absorbed water in the whole composite material, but it is difficult for the water to flow along the thickness direction of the plate. The test shows that when the wind speed is 117 km/h, the GRC plate with a thickness of 10 mm will not produce rain water infiltration.
