1. According to the construction drawing, snap the positioning line (centerline or sideline) at the position where the grc component is to be installed.
2. When pasting grc components, the grid cloth should be turned over. If there are special circumstances, it can be directly pasted without turning over. Paste with thin layer full adhesion method, and squeeze with force EPS The component makes the mortar overflow from the periphery, and the width of the bonding joint is not more than 3mm. The bonding joint shall be hooked as it is glued, the mortar joint shall be full, and the EPS component surface shall be kept clean.
3. For larger grc members, support is required for temporary fixation during installation.
4. During installation, if splicing is required, the assembly size and angle shall be measured in advance, and pre assembly shall be carried out at a flat place, with the gap no more than 3mm. The bonding mortar is used as the bonding material for splicing, and the mortar consistency can be greater. The thin layer full bonding method is used. When splicing, it is required to squeeze and hammer slightly and evenly to make the mortar joint meet the requirements.
5. After splicing, the mortar joint shall be leveled with a mortar knife to make the grc components become one. After drying, sand paper can be used to polish if there is excess bonding mortar left at the seam of grc component.
6. After drying, the special anti cracking adhesive at the splicing part of grc components shall be treated. See the instructions for special anti crack adhesive for treatment methods.
7. Pay attention to the finished product protection of grc components after construction, and it is strictly prohibited to pedal or hit by heavy objects. In case of damage, the whole EPS component shall be removed and reinstalled.
