5. Snap a line

6. Line clipping

The products produced by the factory are very long. When installing on site, try to use the whole line, and use a saw to cut the line to be cut. The cutting surface shall be flat and uneven as far as possible, and shall be polished with sandpaper.

7. Prepare mortar on site.

① The mortar used in the construction is a polymer plaster mortar specially made for the requirements of eps base surface;

② The hand-held electric mixer shall be used for mixing during construction, and the mixing shall be sufficient, uniform and of moderate consistency.

③ After the mortar is ready, it needs to stand for 5 minutes before use. The mixed mortar should be used up within 2 hours.

8. Paste Line

Polystyrene eps bucket arch adhesive adopts excellent composite plastering mortar, small lines are pasted by full adhesion method, large lines are pasted by dot and circle adhesion method, and eps bucket arch is forced to fit the wall completely, with fullness not less than 80%, and the width of bonding joint not more than 3mm. The adhesive joint shall be bonded together with the adhesive hook, the brick joint shall be full, and the eps component surface shall be kept clean.
