1、 There are three kinds of traditional lines:
① On site mold concrete cast-in-place line: On site mold concrete cast-in-place line, the template can only be used once, which is wasteful, easy to expand the mold, difficult to guarantee the geometric size, and difficult to achieve the effect of on-site artificial paint on the surface, not to mention the insulation performance.
② GRC Prefabrication line: GRC prefabrication line has heavy weight, high altitude safety risks, inaccurate geometric dimensions, difficult handling of joint joints, and difficult installation. The connection between steel expansion bolts and the wall affects the appearance of the external wall. The joint is easy to crack, not waterproof, and has no thermal insulation performance, which cannot prevent the cold and hot bridge effect.
③ Gypsum line: the gypsum line itself is not waterproof, has low weathering strength in case of rain and sunshine, poor weather resistance, cannot be used outdoors, has poor precision, and has no thermal insulation performance.
2、 Thermal insulation composite line: the use of thermal insulation composite line can solve the above problems, making production, construction and installation very simple.
Its advantages are:
(1) Light weight. EPS The aggregate of the line is polystyrene, and the weight of the finished product is about 1/6 of the GRC decorative line. One person can move and construct at will. In addition, it is fireproof, waterproof, moth proof, mold proof and crack proof. The construction is convenient and simple. It is suitable for various indoor and outdoor decoration materials. This is a new type of green decorative material
(2) The main products are carving, window frame line, waist line, door frame line, cornice line, beam bracket Roman Column , door decorations, decorative components, etc., And drawings can be customized
(3) Stick firmly. EPS decorative line mainly uses polymer mortar to bond with the wall, and polymer mortar uses inorganic material cement mortar mixed with organic glue, which has a long service life, firm bonding, standards and specifications, and has been proved safe in a large number of engineering applications, avoiding the hidden dangers of anchor bolt fixing construction and anchor bolt corrosion, and also completely solving the problem of external thermal insulation cold and hot bridge.
(4) The installation is simple, and the bonding materials and methods used can be installed by one person. Large line projects need bonding installation. The pattern effect is clear and natural, elegant and luxurious.
(5) There is no gap between lines. EPS decorative line uses the same gap filling material as the wall bonding, the gap disappears, and no cracks will appear in future use.
