The construction joint of GRC products can be treated by "open joint" and "concealed joint". 3. Construction method
3.1 Joint treatment of GRC component decorative materials and GRC component decorative materials
After the assembly of GRC products is completed, the joints shall be cleaned, and mixed with sulphoaluminate cement, construction glue, acrylic acid emulsion and alkali resistant fiber yarn in a proportion of 1:0.2:0.05:0.02 (weight ratio) to form a viscous slurry. The joints shall be repaired and compacted to 2mm of the GRC surface. After 72 hours, remove the dust at the joints, inject and scrape the cement based sealant.
3.2 Joint treatment between GRC component decoration materials and wall
After cleaning at the joints, use sulphoaluminate cement, construction glue, acrylic acid emulsion and fine sand to make a uniform viscous mixed slurry at 1:0.2:0.05:0.3 (weight ratio), Baotou partition board The joints shall be repaired and compacted to 2mm of GRC surface. After 72 hours, remove the dust at the joints, inject and scrape the cement based sealant.
3.3 Joint treatment between GRC products and glass curtain wall
GRC products and glass curtain wall shall be overlapped by GRC products first. After the construction of glass curtain wall, GRC products can be used as ordinary covers, and the curtain wall construction unit shall complete the glue injection treatment.
4. Precautions for construction of GRC component decoration materials
4.1 The joints of GRC products can be repaired only after the Supervisor has signed the concealed works.
4.2 GRC products should not be repaired when the temperature is below 5 ℃.
4.3 The joint repair materials of GRC products must be used up within 30 minutes after being prepared.
4.3 Deformation joints shall be reserved during the construction of GRC products, which are usually set at the expansion joints of buildings.
