1、 The main component of matter.
GRC wire rod. GRC is a new type of lightweight and multifunctional inorganic composite material, which is made of alkali resistant glass fiber as reinforcing material, mixed with base material suitable for aggregate, through radiation, mold erection pouring, extrusion, slurry flow and other consumption processes.
EPS wire rod. EPS line is a new type of exterior wall decorative line and component. The EPS decorative line is composed of demoulding B2 fire escape board as the main body, alkali resistant glass fiber gridding cloth pasted, and external maintenance layer bonded. It completely replaces the traditional cement element (GRC) and is suitable for EPS and XPS exterior wall insulation.
2、 Weight comparison.
GRC material is a solid material, with cement as the main body, which is heavy, not suitable for high-rise buildings, and easy to fall off.
The main material of GRC is cement with high quality.
EPS wire, whose weight is about 1/6 of GRC decorative wire, can be moved by one person at will. Even if it is a high-rise building, construction is also very convenient.
EPS wire is light and easy to handle.
3、 Production process.
GRC line is a cement slurry pouring product. Its products are made of cement binding material and mixed base material as the base material through the process of mold casting, extrusion, slurry flow, etc. The cost is high, the process is long, and the mold needs to be opened. After the product is finalized, it cannot be modified, and it needs to be remade. GRC has long production cycle and high cost.
EPS wire adopts computer design modeling, automatic cutting, no mold opening, and low cost. After the product is finalized, it can still be cut on site. The modeling is optional, and the product production period is short. EPS wire cutting is convenient and fast.
