1. Before and during demoulding.
After decoration, the mold is usually wrapped with clean polyethylene film to prevent GRC The evaporation of water contained in and the influence of wind, while helping to maintain the heat of hydration.
At the beginning of maintenance, GRC products should have sufficient strength to avoid damage during demoulding and handling. When the temperature is lower than 20 ℃, GRC products need to be heated, and steam can be used for heating.
2. Main maintenance
The main maintenance phase is to protect the GRC lines after demoulding from the impact of sunlight, wind and low air humidity. Generally, local humidity can be maintained by spraying wet fog.
3. Storage and maintenance
Protect from direct sunlight during storage.
Accelerated maintenance is effective, including GRC low-pressure steam maintenance and the use of chemical early strength agent.
Low pressure steam maintenance:
This method is economical for mold turnover in cold weather, and the temperature should not exceed 50 ℃, otherwise it is not conducive to long-term strength.
Use of chemical early strength agent: this additive can mainly improve the early strength, is useful in cold conditions, and can make the product demould early.
Loading and transporting products: When loading and transporting products, they must be handled with care, and throwing is strictly prohibited. During transportation, it shall be firmly fixed to prevent the GRC line from shaking. If necessary, it shall be separated by straw mats. The product shall not exceed the length of the carriage.
