Baotou EPS The component is an inorganic composite material, EPS The integration of light weight, high toughness and crack resistance makes up for the lack of importance, impact resistance and other properties of cement or concrete products. EPS villas mainly adopt door jambs, window jambs, cornice lines, waist lines and courtyard columns of components, European style residential quarters, hotels and commercial streets.
1、 EPS component installation method:
1. Other construction procedures, such as wall construction and installation, have been completed and accepted.
2. According to the construction drawings, the EPS parts to be installed should pop up the positioning line (centerline or sideline).
3. Cut the EPS components with installation dimensions according to the drawings. EPS components are of standard size, and the splicing joint width shall be considered when cutting.
4. When EPS is pasting components, the grid cloth shall be turned over. In case of special circumstances, the package can be directly pasted without turning. Polystyrene EPS component adhesive adopts excellent bonding mortar, which is pasted by thin layer full bonding method. Extrude EPS component forcefully to make mortar overflow from the surrounding, and the width of bonding joint is not more than 3mm. The bonding joint shall be bonded together with the bonding hook, and the mortar joint shall be full and keep the EPS clean component surface.
5. For larger EPS, support shall be set for temporary fixation during installation.
6. When installing, if splicing is required, the size and angle of the assembly shall be measured in advance, and it shall be preassembled at a flat place with a gap of no more than 3. mm。 The excellent bonding mortar is used as the splicing bonding material, and the mortar consistency can be slightly higher. The thin layer full bonding method is used. Slight bonding is required for splicing. The extruding hammer is even to make the mortar joint meet the requirements.

7. After splicing the mortar joints, use the mortar knife to draw the mortar joints so that the flattened EPS components are integrated. After drying, if there is excess bonding mortar at the splicing of EPS components, sand paper can be used to polish.
8. After drying, EPS shall be used to treat the special anti cracking adhesive for components at the component splicing part. See the treatment method for the instructions of anti crack adhesive.
9. Butt joint treatment: two days after installation, the width of the glued joint shall not be greater than 3mm, and the fine mortar shall be used to polish the seam sandpaper, and 1000 pieces shall be pasted. Mm wide glass with thickness less than 2 is less than 2mm; When the width of the bonding joint is greater than 3mm, the joint shall be filled with thin polystyrene board, and then the 100mm wide reinforced glass fiber mesh cloth shall be pasted with fine covering mortar. After drying, if surplus mortar treatment method is left at the seam.
10. EPS after construction shall pay attention to the protection of finished products on components, and it is forbidden to step on or hit by heavy objects. In case of damage, the whole EPS shall be removed from the reassembled components.
2、 Precautions for EPS component installation:
1. Components can be directly installed on reinforced concrete or brick concrete plastered wall; If the wall is made of EPS external wall insulation hollow brick, aerated concrete concrete block or other lightweight materials, the designer needs to determine the installation method according to the actual situation on site, such as light steel dragon skeleton, wooden dragon skeleton fixed on the load-bearing structure (beam and plate), and do anti-corrosion treatment to fix the components on it.
3. Before construction, check whether the wall meets the design requirements. If there are quality problems, repair them before construction to reach the bearing capacity.
4. In order to ensure the quality of decoration works, wet work or decoration works that may cause dirt and damage shall not be carried out on the construction surface.
5. The installation sequence of components shall be constructed from bottom to top. The components need to be installed with open joints, which are pointed with 1:2 cement mortar.
6. After the components are installed, they should be treated in time. The gaps should be blocked with 1:2 cement mortar, and polished with emery cloth or angle grinder.
7. When the component needs to be cut at the corner, it should be processed on the ground and then handed over to the installation personnel for construction.
8. When installing components, they should be arranged on the wall according to the design to ensure that the components are horizontal and vertical and meet the design requirements.
9. During construction, the ambient temperature shall not be higher than 38 ℃ and not lower than 5 ℃. When the bonding mortar is lower than this temperature, the antifreeze formula shall be used. The wind force is not greater than Level 5.
10. Before the installation and cutting of EPS components, the wall does not need to be watered and the dust does not need to be watered. The dirt and other sundries that affect the bonding strength should be cleaned up.
11. During installation, the assembly joint shall be left in the middle of the EPS component on the whole joint as far as possible.
12. When bonding EPS components, mortar water shall be used according to the amount of water added. However, during the splicing process, the amount of water added to the mortar should be 1-2%.
