4. Product manufacturing

The factory shall convert engineering drawings into processing drawings, arrange detailed product processing procedures and production plans, and closely arrange the production schedule according to the actual needs of the site. Timely respond to the on-site feedback and adjust it according to the situation.
5. Snap the line

6. Line cutting
The products produced by the factory are very long. When installing on site, try to use the whole line, and cut the lines to be cut with a saw. The cutting surface shall be as flat and uneven as possible, and shall be polished with sandpaper.
7. Prepare mortar on site.
① The construction mortar is the construction mortar EPS special polymer bonding mortar base surface requirements;
② The hand-held electric mixer shall be used for mixing during construction. The mixing shall be sufficient, uniform and of moderate consistency.
③ After the mortar is prepared, it needs to stand for 5min. Before use, it needs to be mixed again. The mixed mortar should be used up within 2 hours.
8. Paste line
Polystyrene EPS bucket arch adhesive adopts two composite bonding mortars, the small line adopts the full bonding method, and the large line adopts the point circle bonding method. Squeeze the EPS bucket arch forcefully to make the wall completely fit, the fullness is not less than 80%, and the width of the bonding joint is not less than 3MM. The bonding joint shall match with the bonding hook, the mortar joint shall be full, and the bonding joint shall be full, and the EPS component surface shall be clean.
