1. When we install Baotou GRC Components, we need to use grid cloth packaging. In special cases, we need to use bonding mortar for bonding, which is more natural. In some lives, many of our lines also have high requirements for use, which can promote our bonding effect. Pay attention to the removal of the plaster mortar overflowing around the line, keep the line surface clean, and there is no joint mortar between the bonding joints, brick joints and bonding hooks.
2. If splicing is required during installation, the splicing size and angle of view shall be measured in advance, and pre assembly shall be carried out at a flat place with a gap of no more than 2mm. The floating dust and oil stains in the gap need to be cleaned, and the gap bonding area needs to be dipped with water with a brush to ensure firm bonding.
3. Fill the plastering mortar, and scrape the extruded gap glue to the concave surface with a scraper, without protruding.
4. Place the 80~100mm mesh cloth in the middle of the line joint, scrape the bonding mortar on the surface and compact it to drive out the bubbles. The anti crack belt shall be carried out without folding.
