When resuming work and production, the enterprise should strictly implement its main responsibility for epidemic prevention and control, implement quarantine inspection, health protection and safety production measures, and achieve "five in place".
（1） The prevention and control mechanism is in place.
Enterprises should clarify the internal responsibility mechanism for epidemic prevention and control, establish an epidemic prevention and control management system, clarify the work responsibilities of the main person in charge and the person in charge, and formulate emergency plans and work measures for epidemic prevention and control.
（2） The staff were checked in place.

Enterprises should implement isolation sites. Enterprises with collective dormitories should set up temporary isolation sites, and single person rooms and relatively independent rooms should be arranged as temporary isolation sites for returning personnel from epidemic areas; Enterprises that do not meet the conditions shall, according to the unified arrangement of the city and district, determine specific isolation observation sites and report to the community where they are located.
（4） Internal management is in place.
Enterprises should do a good job in ventilation, disinfection and sanitation management of production and office sites and employee residence. Enterprises with conditions should, in principle, implement closed management and flexible working system. Irrelevant personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the production and office sites of the unit, and temperature detection should be carried out daily for all personnel entering. Encourage off peak commuting, take online office, video conference, decentralized dining and other measures to reduce the risk of personnel flow and agglomeration.
（5） Publicity and education are in place.
The enterprise should formulate a training plan for epidemic prevention and control knowledge, set up a propaganda column for COVID-19 related prevention and control knowledge at a prominent position in the production and office space, vigorously popularize the relevant prevention and control knowledge, do a good job in training all staff, and do a good job in multi-channel epidemic prevention and control propaganda and education.
