Joint treatment
EPS waist is spliced with fixed growth products on site. If non fixed long line splicing is required, please measure the size first, and then paste it in place. During installation, try to paste and seal the joints. After the adhesive is maintained for 24 hours, a layer of plastering mortar shall be applied at the joint, then a layer of alkali resistant mesh cloth or non-woven cloth with a width of 100mm shall be applied, and then a layer of plastering mortar shall be applied to dry.
Line patching
EPS waist is installed by rear anchoring method. At the same time, damage and other phenomena will occur during the installation of the line. Due to the blockage of some scaffolds, local lines will be cut, so damaged or cut lines need to be repaired. The damaged or greatly cut parts must be cleaned up first, and then cut into EPS materials with the same volume and shape as the defective parts with EPS board, paste them in place with adhesive, cover the surface with plastering mortar and alkali resistant mesh cloth, and connect them to the surrounding area for more than 50 mm. The finished surface shall form a whole with the surrounding surface to ensure flatness and smoothness.
